What was actually broken.
Cross-border trade between Europe and Africa fails at the introduction stage. A European buyer has no reliable way to verify an African supplier, and an African exporter has no foothold in European procurement networks. Currency conversion, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance each carry their own friction, and a single misstep in any of them can strand a shipment or freeze a payment. Brokers exist, but due diligence is inconsistent and cultural distance compounds the risk. The cost is not just a failed deal — it is the time and capital a business commits before discovering the partner was never viable.

The public site is a Next.js application deployed on Vercel, which means static generation for the marketing and service pages with no server round-trips on load — appropriate for a business whose primary conversion action is a contact enquiry rather than a transactional flow. The architecture reflects the nature of the service: the platform is the company's operational capability, not a self-serve product, so the site's job is to establish credibility and route inbound leads rather than to automate trade. No checkout, no portal, no document upload surface is visible in the public markup. The stack is deliberately thin on the client side because the complexity lives in the human processes behind it — partner vetting, currency rate negotiation, customs liaison — rather than in software.
